Our Sourdough Focaccia slowly ferments for 96 hours before drizzling with an incredible extra virgin olive oil; we then top them with premium ingredients.

On Wednesdays, we bake fresh to order for home pickup in Katy.


Most Saturdays, find us at the Fulshear Farmers' Market from 9 AM to 1 PM—first come, first served.
